善待你的思想

不好也没关系!

Metropolitan 社区 College understands that when talking about student wellness, mental health must also be included in the discussion. Promoting and fostering mental wellness has been shown to improve academic performance and increase graduation rates.

Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. 它影响我们的思维、感觉和行为. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make choices.

Students do not have to face these challenges alone, and the college community has resources and programming, 无论是在社区还是在校园, to help students get and stay mentally healthy.
